Hindi Day at HUJI!

Hindi Day at HUJI!

1 June, 2016

On Sunday, May 8th, the program of Indian and Indonesian studies, in collaboration with the Embassy of India, organized the first Hindi Day at Hebrew University.

Students and university employees joined together to sing in Hindi and to enjoy the magic of Indian classical music played by Eliyahu Aharon (bansuri) and Tamar Kloper (tabla).

Using their newly acquired skills, first year Hindi students prepared a poster with a number of interesting facts about the Hindi language and its connections with Hebrew and English.
